About The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative and ambitious Director of Brand Awareness + Partnerships to join our team and lead in our vision to bring the future of kid’s food to the modern parent. In this role, you will serve as a senior leader owning brand awareness, social strategy, experiential marketing and partnerships. This person must be driven by ambitious goals, capable of transforming ideas into culture-defining work for the brand across channel and a highly motivated creative thinker.
We are seeking an individual with 8+ years of experience driving highly relevant, brand equity building initiatives, particularly across social media, physical activations, content strategy and brand/influencer partnerships. You will work closely with other senior leaders within the Marketing team and cross-functionally, manage a high performance team and drive brand-building, measurable impact. You will play a critical role in shaping Little Spoon’s continued brand role in culture as we scale across the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure impactful, consistent and culture-defining work across brand campaigns, product launches, everyday brand execution and meaningful partnerships that establish and celebrate Little Spoon’s key differentiators for the modern parent.
- Lead across multiple marketing domains, particularly social media, partnerships and experiential activations, collaborating with leaders across the organization to drive meaningful impact beyond core content channels.
- Own the strategy and oversee the execution of content and partnerships across organic social media, editorial platforms, brand activations, influencer marketing, and advertising.
- Establish ongoing content strategy and editorial approach to the “Is This Normal” platform, integrating the resource into our broader comms strategy and establishing key performance goals.
- Drive breakthrough, highly impactful social media strategy + execution that enables us to stand out from the competition and deepen our brand differentiation.
- Develop and execute unique, brand-forward activations, stunts and events that connect with our audience and elevate Little Spoon’s brand presence.
- Oversee, manage a team of 3 high-performing, high impact team members who are driving influencer, social media + editorial content. Foster collaboration, creativity, and growth.
- Work closely with other marketing leaders to create cohesive, highly integrated marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships across partners, influencers, internal team members, external partners and collaborators to amplify brand opportunities and drive relevance + recognition.
- Be responsible for the measurement and goal-setting of key performance metrics across brand channels, maintaining clear reporting on content performance, budget allocation, campaign successes and team learnings.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading brand content, awareness + partnership strategies and execution across multiple marketing channels.
- A creative + strategic mindset with a passion for disruptive, high-impact brand work.
- Expertise in influencer marketing, social media, editorial content, and brand activations.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship to enable growth for high impact team members.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, able to balance creativity with business objectives.
- A track record of success in driving brand growth, engagement + equity through content.

- 8+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated experience driving highly creative brand content + partnerships across channel
