What You’ll Do:
Sample Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end process for ordering, tracking, and distributing product samples for campaigns, partnerships, and events.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of samples by collaborating with fulfillment centers and vendors.
Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing logistics for brand events and activations, including inventory and supply management.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate seamless event execution.
- Assist in researching potential events and opportunities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of sample orders, shipping details, and campaign feedback.
- Update marketing calendars, project timelines, and internal reports to streamline workflows and keep projects on track.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure consistency.
- Communicate with external partners and vendors to uphold brand standards and execution excellence.
Brand Experience Execution
- Support initiatives designed to enhance customer and community engagement.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative roles.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive and collaborative problem solver with a positive attitude.
What You’ll Need:
- A passion for creating exceptional brand experiences.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- A desire to contribute to a mission-driven, team-oriented brand.
