Little Spoon is looking to hire a Logistics and Fulfilment Coordinator to help us manage our supply chain as we continue to grow our customer base and product lineup. The Fulfillment Coordinator will support all aspects of Little Spoon’s warehouse operations, including:

  • Ensure finished goods are received into inventory by our fulfillment centers in an accurate and timely manner
  • ​Organize the batching and shipping of customer orders using internal and external tools
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal Little Spoon team members to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full
  • Coordinate a wide range of Little Spoon e-commerce functions with our fulfillment centers
  • Liaise between our fulfillment centers and last-mile delivery providers to ensure orders are picked up on time
  • Coordinate efforts and communicate when finished goods inventory is below desired safety stock levels 
  • Manage and maintain target finished goods inventory targets across multiple fulfillment centers
  • Place purchase orders, ensuring delivery occurs on schedule and that items are received on time in full and that POs are reconciled against receiving paperwork
  • Work with Finance and Accounting to ensure the accuracy of all PO’s and invoices and maintain various tracking documents
  • Clearly communicate with 3rd Party Logistics partners so they are up-to-date on projections and relevant business needs and ensuring that we stay one step ahead
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure packaging materials are delivered to our fulfillment centers in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies in the order fulfillment cycle 
  • Maintain a set of logistics and fulfillment KPIs while working continuously to improve 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain and operations procedures
  • ​Knowledge of and interest in healthy food, nutrition, and helping parents and kids feel their best via what they eat 
  • Self-motivated, embrace initiative, and willing to get your hands dirty
  • Natural problem solver with a positive attitude and strong time management capabilities
  • ​Computer savvy; able to use Excel, Word, Google Docs, Slack, inventory Management Systems
