About the Role

As Little Spoon’s Associate Manager, Planning  and Business Operations, you will have the opportunity to play a role in every step of our go-to-market strategy and execution. You will manage high-impact cross functional projects that are essential to the success of the business. With your business acumen, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail, you will play an integral role in improving business processes and driving growth. This role will interface with every department, expand your analytical and strategic thinking, and allow you to gain a wide breadth of experience in a fast-growing startup.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage execution of go-to-market strategy for all product and category launches for the business
  • Drive key cross-functional projects by leading status meetings and managing timelines, project plans, schedules and critical paths
  • Influence, collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure successful realization of Little Spoon’s business objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure key risks and dependencies are identified and timelines are met
  • Aide in strategic business decisions through customer insights and market sizing analyses, helping to drive prioritization based on impact
  • Implement and manage systems, tools, and processes for effective communication and information flow across teams
  • Improve current work flows that enable the company to be more nimble and effective
  • Unlock business growth through streamlining product innovation process and roadmapping
  • Own high-impact projects across the business and implement process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required
  • Expert in navigating through ambiguity, removing roadblocks and prioritizing conflicting requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
  • Exposure to end-to-end product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to develop and employ frameworks to solve and simplify unstructured business and project roadmaps
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player who is hands-on, flexible, resourceful, and able to adapt to change
  • Tremendous attention to detail and ability to multitask in complex and ever-changing work environments
  • Comfortable creating tools and and analyses in Excel and Google Sheets

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Experience working at a direct-to-consumer startup
  • Experience in the food and beverage space
  • Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development and commercialization
  • Experience with market sizing and consumer insights work
  • Experience working with agile methodology and/or phase gate processes
  • PMP, Six Sigma or similar certification
