About Us

At Little Spoon, we’re on a mission to answer the call for this generation of parents who have been left with outdated, expensive or low quality options when it comes to keeping their kids healthy and happy.

We started in 2018 with our first product, Babyblends, because we were fed up with the lack of fresh, organic convenient baby food options, and soon after launched a line of clean vitamins, natural medicines and healthy, nutritious kid’s meals that are ready to eat and heat for just under $5/meal. In 3 years, we’ve sold over 10 million blends and amassed a community of parents seeking a place for REAL, unfiltered dialogue around parenting (rather than outdated, overwhelming and clinical old baby forums).

In response, we launched our community platform, Is This Normal, built for this generation of parents to get honest, fact-based answers from today’s experts and this year, expanded to include personal video responses & stories from notable parents and experts who want to pay it forward to fellow moms and dads.

At Little Spoon, we celebrate the unique background and point of view that each person brings to our team. We hire for potential, not just past experience, and strive to support the career development of each and every person on our team.

We are fully committed to building a safe and inclusive workplace – a place where our team can think differently, challenge the status quo and have a little fun in the process. We have zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination. We do not discriminate and will not make any hiring decisions on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability.

If you have a disability and require accommodation during our interview process, please let us know how we can help make the interview process fair to your needs.
