About the Role

Little Spoon is looking for an exceptional designer to help drive our creative excellence across lifecycle and advertising channels. As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in the digital space. You’ll own Lifecycle (email + SMS) design for new product launches and brand campaigns, and create scroll-stopping digital ads across platforms. If you’re a digital-first thinker, obsess over typography hierarchy, and want to work with a fun, fast-growing brand, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Little Spoon’s Lifecycle Marketing design (email + SMS) for product launches, brand campaigns and other comms.
  • Partner with the creative team to create eye-catching digital ads, landing pages and cross-channel assets in both still and motion. 
  • Work closely with the Art Director and design team to concept and execute engaging visuals across channels.
  • Help to maintain visual identity systems that ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of digital marketing work and an understanding of packaging / print collateral design work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite & Figma—you know your way around a smart object.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
  • A typography, color and layout aficionado.
  • Experience in photo retouching and visual storytelling.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • A team player who loves collaboration, takes feedback in stride and is always up for a creative challenge.
  • Passionate about CPG, food and designing for a brand with personality.

How You’ll Stand Out

  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand approach + know-how in advertising creative and graphic design. 
  • Experience designing for digital-first platforms.  
  • A strong creative POV—you’re not afraid to push boundaries while staying true to brand integrity. 
  • An ability to work quickly, efficiently and on multiple projects at once.
  • Bonus: Experience with up + coming, new generation food brands (and a love for food!).
