About the Role:

As a senior member of our Strategic Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within our growth marketing team.  By analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance, you will provide actionable insights that enhance our marketing strategies.  Your analytical prowess will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing efforts.  You will work closely with our growth marketing team to take our marketing to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze marketing campaigns and customer data to calculate CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Identify and share actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and optimize budgets.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, and business strategy to help forecast new user volume.
  • Own and manage our predictive LTV models.
  • Work with our marketing team to streamline data sources, analyze results, and outline how results impact business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our digital product team to identify opportunities to improve our conversion rates.
  • Provide analytics thought leadership (full funnel coordination, marketplace changes, new ad technology).
  • Build and implement measurement plans (KPIs across funnel/media channels that create overall storytelling around campaign success).
  • Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics at an agency, top-tier consulting firm, or high-growth startup.
  • Experience running and analyzing marketing and signup funnel A/B tests.
  • Proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills: you are able to break down highly complex problems involving large amounts of data.
  • Project management capabilities and ability to drive multiple work streams of varying complexity.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an unstructured and fast-moving environment.
  • Team player who loves collaborating with people and is willing to take on additional responsibility where necessary.
  • Communication, presentation skills, and ability to effectively synthesize complex findings into action-oriented insights.
  • You value diversity of thoughts, perspectives, and expression and believe that a diverse team makes better decisions, drives innovation, and delivers better business results.

  • Data engineering experience
  • Tableau experience
  • Skilled with Powerpoint and Google Slides
  • Comfortable creating analyses in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with subscription startups – namely in food
