About the Opportunity: 

We are looking for our next Marketing Analyst – this is a self-starter, data-driven and highly analytical marketer who loves brands, consumer-centric businesses, and importantly, wants to help make quality nutrition more accessible to children everywhere! In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in analytics to inform budgeting, forecasting, and marketing strategy. You should have experience with various performance marketing channel analytics, cohort analyses, and be very familiar with marketing concepts like CPA, CAC, LTV, payback periods, etc.

  • provide insight on marketing data resources, and develop analyses, tools, and models to support marketing decision making
  • bring proven experience across channels – facebook, google, affiliate, other growth/paid channels
  • use analytics tools on a daily basis to develop marketing data pipelines, write queries (SQL), and perform timely analyses
  • be applying new cohort analysis techniques for mining customer data to uncover insights that drive incremental customer lifetime value

Who you are:

  • Expert in pulling data from SQL and analyzing the findings
  • Comfortable in creating tools, models and analyses in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity and experience with channel level analysis and helping to provide insight into attribution to inform forecasting and budgeting 
  • Self-motivated team player who is hands-on, flexible, resourceful, and able to adapt to change
  • Tremendous attention to detail and ability to multitask in complex and ever-changing work environments


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years experience with multi-channel acquisition marketing experience, primarily at a direct-to-consumer e-commerce and/or subscription company or similar agency experience 
  • Experience helping to manage day to day, week to week and monthly budgeting and attribution to hit growth goals 
  • Experience with data and reporting in: Facebook Ads, Google AdWords a must; nice to have: experience in alternative growth channels like Tik Tok, & affiliate marketing 
  • Thorough understanding of key customer acquisition metrics and how to report against them 
  • A great mix of creative and analytical thinking
  • Strong copywriting skills 
  • Customer-centric and brand-obsessed 
  • Scrappy, collaborative and curious team player
