We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels to drive efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, including but not limited to customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage campaign strategy + own agency relationships across digital channels, specifically Affiliate and SEM (search engine marketing across Google + Bing)
  • Collaborate closely with paid social lead on forecasting and cross functional efficiencies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including creative and analytics teams, to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising technologies, and industry developments.
  • Assist in budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be agile with shifting priorities and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g. Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, offline media or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Has experience managing agency relationships
