About the Role:

Little Spoon is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing to drive efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and optimize Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
  • Achieve targeted performance KPIs (CAC, conversion) including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective
  • Assist in budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goals
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Analytics, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Growth to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps
  • Ability to learn quickly and be agile with shifting priorities and strategies
  • Partner with strategic cross-functional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product launches

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Proficiency in Google + Bing ads platforms 
  • Google Ads Certified (GAP) and other SEM platforms certified
  • Experience with keyword analysis, common keyword research tools
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce
