Little Spoon
About the Role
At Little Spoon, Business Intelligence isn’t just dashboards and reports – it’s the heartbeat of our decision-making and a driving force behind our mission to set a new standard in kids’ food. We’re building a future where every major decision – from product innovation to customer experience – is powered by a deep understanding of what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what we should do next.
We’re seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Business Intelligence to lead our Analytics, Data, and Consumer Insights teams. This is a critical leadership role tasked with fusing quantitative data, AI/ML, and qualitative consumer research into cohesive, actionable insights that shape Little Spoon’s growth trajectory. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to uncover strategic opportunities, identify risks, and continuously optimize performance.
As the VP of BI, you’ll oversee the strategic direction and execution of all data, analytics, and insights initiatives – from scaling our infrastructure to pioneering new predictive models and research capabilities. You’ll ensure we have the tools, frameworks, and talent to deeply understand our customers, inform product development, and fuel a superior customer experience.
Your leadership will turn complex data into compelling narratives that drive action. You’ll guide your team to deliver insights that influence every layer of the business – unlocking new growth levers, enhancing operational efficiency, and helping Little Spoon stay relentlessly customer-centric.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strategy meets execution. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces action, and is hyper focused on impact. Agility, adaptability, and a strong bias for action are essential – you’ll need to seamlessly move between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring every decision supports Little Spoon’s mission and long-term success.
